We provide concrete bin blocks in Pearland, TX. These blocks are quite useful for a variety of projects, both large and small scale. What makes these blocks so useful though? Well, these blocks come specially equipped with v-wedge structures, which allow the blocks to be fit together easily and smoothly. The ability to interlock the blocks can be helpful for different projects! The blocks each have four of these v-wedges. On both the top and side of the block you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and other side have an inverted v-wedge. These oppositely shaped v-wedges are what allow the blocks to fit together so smoothly. These blocks each have a rebar handle loop on their top as well! This loop allows you to move the blocks around easily without requiring the use of any special or complicated rigging equipment. Lastly, these blocks come with the option of an installable, decorative face. You can contact us today for more details regarding this option if you would like. Thanks! When it comes to the sizing of these blocks, we offer two different sizes for the city of Pearland, TX. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer is capable of transporting up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. Now, if you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks, we would be more than happy to help you out. We provide concrete bin blocks in Pearland, TX. Once you purchase your blocks, you will be faced with the choice of how you would like to receive your blocks. We offer you the choice between two different options. We offer the option of having your blocks delivered directly to your project site or you are able to come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities. Even though you are able to select whichever method you would like, please take into consideration that there are a couple of requirements associated with both of these block receival options that will need to be met on your end of things to ensure that they are able to go safely and smoothly. We will explain each of the requirements associated with each of these processes below. We will start off with the requirements associated with the block delivery process below. The first requirement is having enough space for the block delivery semi to safely enter and exit the drop off area. For this to be possible, an open space of 47’-53’ will be required. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area and then proceeding to use smaller equipment in order to move them to the actual, desired spot. The second requirement is having the right sized equipment that is both on-site and capable of safely offloading the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To safely offload the blocks, this equipment must be able to 1) safely carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the trailer is about 5’ and the blocks are about 2’). These are the only requirements necessary in order for the blocks to be delivered to your project site so we will now go over the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is giving us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. Someone from our team will be happy to help you do this when you call. The second requirement is bringing with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. We will take care of loading the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so no need to worry about that part of things. These are the only requirements necessary for the block pick up process to go smoothly as well! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us today. We would be more than happy to speak with and help you. Thank you!
